Back when Grand Master Flash started experimenting with the wheels of steel, mixing two records seamlessly together was a phenomenon. For the best part of thirty years this has remained the norm. Thankfully some really clever guys at Ableton wanted to align the computer and performance. It's taken a while but now at version 8 of the software and the murmours of disbelief or cheat are starting to dye away.

Forbidden Fruit like to think of ourselves as innovators, one foot in the past looking at what went right and what needed improving and one foot firmly rooted in the future as we help develop the underground house music sound. Those involved with the label use a variety of platforms, new and old, including Ableton.  

We want to embrace the future of electronic performance and provide the tools for creative performers who's like to take our music with them to the next level. As such the title track stems from each EP are available for download...
